Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing
The box of Big Rigs states that the player may “race trucks across the country, with cops chasing .onsidered this description of the game to be nothing more than “horrible, horrible lies”, since there are no police in the game. Additionally, they pointed out, the computer-controlled opponent vehicles have no AI and never move from the starting position, making even the description of the gameplay as a “race” questionable.
There are technically no obstacles for the player to negotiate in Big Rigs, as the truck may freely be driven on and off roads without any loss of traction, straight up 90° inclines, through structures, simply falling right through bridges (there is no collision detection whatsoever), and even out of the boundaries of the map into an endless grey void. Whenthe player ’s truck is put into reverse, the truck will accelerate infinitely; however, the truck will halt instantly when the reverse key is released.
Upon completion of the race, the player is presented with a large, on-screen trophy cup overlaid with the text “YOU’RE WINNER !” Due to a developer oversight, the game occasionally fails to distinguish between whetherthe player is starting or finishing the race when they pass through the starting checkpoint, and so this screen may appear to end the race before it even begins. In addition, one of the game’s five maps causes the game to crash altogether when accessed.
Stellar Stone released a patch that fixes some of the game’s glitches. With the patch, the opponent does participate in the race, but stops before it reaches the finish line. The fifth map that caused the game to crash when selected was also fixed. However, the patch replaced the broken track with an exact mirror image of the first track. Despite all these issues, Big Rigs outsold three of the five games in GameSpot’s “Best Game No One Played” category, the criteria of that category being that each game sold fewer than 20,000 units in North America.

Age of Empires 2: Conquerors (Portable)
The Age of Kings focuses on building towns, gathering resources, creating armies, and destroying enemy units and buildings. Players conquer rival towns and empires as they advance their own civilization through four “Ages”: the Dark Age, the Feudal Age, the Castle Age (The Middle Age), and the Imperial Age, reminiscent of the Renaissance—a 1000 year timeframe.[1] Progressing to a new Age unlocks new units, structures and technologies, but players must pay a sum of resources and construct certain buildings before advancing.
The Conquerors Expansion also introduced various new gameplay features and tweaks, including the new game modes Defend the Wonder, King of the Hill and Wonder Race. Additional maps, some based on real life geographic locations, and new winter and tropical terrain textures were included. In-game, infantry are able to garrison in battering rams, protecting the infantry while increasing the ram’s speed and attack, while ships are able to form formations for more effective fighting. The graphics are the same, but new civilizations have been added such as the Spanish and the Huns.

Takeda 3 is the latest in the Takeda series of games, based on the life and times of famous 16th century Samurai Lord, Takeda Shingen. In Takeda 3, you take command of the powerful Daimyo (feudal lord) of one of 25 historical clans of feudal Japan; engaging in diplomacy, managing your castles and territory, and commanding your armies in combat.
Takeda 3 has two main modes. The first is the turn-based worldmode, where diplomatic and strategic operations happen. From world mode, you can click on a castle to construct new facilities such as barracks, markets, and farms. You can also create armies and send them out to do battle. From the palace screen, you can propose and break alliances with the other clans of Sengoku Japan. You can also send your ninjas out on secret missions to disrupt or assassinate your enemies.
You will also need to take good care of your characters—the retainers who command your troops and run your castles. Each of them will gain in ability with experience, and has his or her own motivations and ambitions. You can reward them with medals, titles, or special items to ensure their loyalty and happiness.
The second mode is the real-time battle mode. Whenever two armies meet in world mode, you will have the option of playing out the encounter on a real-time, 3D battlefield, complete with terrain and weather effects, powerful army formations, and emotional effects like the morale and fatigue of your soldiers and the chain of command. Before going into the battle itself, you will use a tactical screen to set up your army formation, choose the time of attack, and set up detachments to make surprise attacks on your enemy’s headquarters. When the battle begins, you can select your divisions and send them into combat.
With effective planning and tactics in world and battle mode, you can defend your territory, defeat your enemies, and eventually rise to the rank of Shogun—military protector of all Japan! Welcome to Takeda 3!
