Fleeing from the Scorpion through the portal of the underworld, the sorcerer Quan Chi is an ancient tomb in which lie the mummified remains of an invincible army of King Dragon - the first emperor of the world. Although Shang Tsung lost in battle, help Quan Chi has helped witch win. Turning Liu Kang's neck, Shang Tsung took revenge for their defeat at the tenth tournament and get his soul.
